Patience is a Virtue

Patience is something we have been told is extremely important to us from a young age.  It's something that's been embedded in our head.  And it's true. Patience is something that can solve many problems and make us happy. Something that's rampant in this day and age is depression. And people get depressed at a young age.  Reasons for this depression may be job stress, lack of friends, bullying, a tragic event, etc. However, sometimes depression at a young age can often times be tackled by being patient. If it's one thing I have noticed, millenials are extremely impatient, myself included. We are so used to instant gratification, that we can not wait for anything. If we don't get recognized and accepted by our peers or seniors or colleagues immediately, we tend to become depressed. This is partly because we have been so spoiled.
